Government's RHI funding decision slammed by renewable heat specialists

Greg Barker MP, Minister of State at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, today issued a written statement on the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) and the Government’s plans to manage the RHI budget in this current spending review period (2012/13 to 2014/15).
