Electric heating becoming as inexpensive to run than oil or gas heating, many specifiers are turning to electric space heating.

Ecolec has developed a range of standard products that are suited where wet heating systems are impractical or complex to install – in particular in flats and apartments and in older buildings where installation of a wet system is fraught with problems. They have products that are perfect for garages and conservatories too.

Ecolec can provide a wide range of products including low surface temperature products for schools and care facilities, fan assisted heaters for places that need rapid warm up, and a range of clever RF controls - including ambient temperature controls - that automatically switch on and off dependent on the heat in each room – not just in a zone or across the whole home, wasting huge amounts of energy - and motion sense thermostats and touch sense thermostats.

The Ecolec range of slim electric radiators are available in a range of finishes – white powder coating, mirror finish stainless steel or brushed finish stainless steel. The joy of the Ecolec range is the simplicity of installation – compared to the time and effort involved in installing a wet system for example.

They come complete with easy to fit hanging brackets and can be fitted pretty much anywhere. The latest addition offers radiators with angled edges that fit perfectly into the corner of a room.

To see the Ecolec products drop by Stand M20 in Hall 3/3a at Interbuild and see them for yourself. Ecolec is launching its new Space Saving Electric Central Heating brochure at the show. Pick up your own copy at the stand and you could win an exciting hamper, simply for visiting the stand.
