VibraClean eliminates the need to remove a radiator to clean it out
(10/07/2007)
ADEY has launched a new power-flushing product that will make life that little bit easier for central heating professionals. ADEY’s VibraClean® radiator agitator, which is used during the power-flushing process, has been revamped to provide a more durable and sleeker drill attachment.
The metal body now comes encapsulated within a new nylon, injection-moulded head which has been designed to help take power-flushing technology a step further. During the process, you simply engage and maintain the VibraClean head flat against the radiator and operate it along the base of each radiator for 10-20 seconds or as required to remove sludge and hardened deposits.
“We’ve made a number of refinements to the VibraClean which make it much stronger and therefore more reliable, so much so that we’re even offering a life-time warranty with the new product,” explained Managing Director Chris Adey.
“Power-flushing technology is now accepted as best practice by central heating professionals for system cleaning, maintenance and long-term protection. With VibraClean, service engineers and heating professionals eliminate the need to remove a radiator to clean it out ever again,” he added.
“There are considerable benefits as using VibraClean will reduce the time of the power-flushing process by up to 50%. It’s simple and effective to use and compatible with all standard SDS drills, so for a small investment, there are potentially big returns for heating professionals.”
Tests have shown that using VibraClean alongside ADEY’s MagnaClean PowerFlushing Filter not only speeds up the process, but contributes significantly to a higher quality power-flush. It removes more sludge in 20 seconds than 30 minutes of operation without VibraClean.
The new VibraClean is immediately available from stockists at the same price as its predecessor.
