Geberit has launched a new campaign which demonstrates the benefits of the company’s press connection systems. The ‘No Compromise’ campaign is aimed at all M&E contractors and highlights the advantages of using Geberit Mapress and Mepla fittings.

Mapress stainless steel contains a high molybdenum content, which provides resistance to extremely high temperatures and high pressures, guaranteeing stability in the most demanding of environments.

Mepla HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipes are extremely flexible and lightweight. Designed for quick installation, a plastic inner layer makes Mepla both corrosion resistant and reduces expansion.

The carefully matched components of Geberit’s press connection systems – fitting, pipe and pressing tool – guarantee reliable and solid connections. Only three tools are required, pipecutter, shaper and press connector, and all are available from Geberit. The fittings are also designed to visibly leak if not pressed properly, ensuring safety and fault-free jobs.

Geberit’s press-fitting range also includes Mapress carbon steel and Mapress copper. All materials are available in a variety of sizes, making them suitable for any application.

Damien Pooley, Piping Systems Product Manager for Geberit, said: “Our ‘No Compromise’ campaign says it all. Geberit press connection systems ensure that contractors do not have to compromise on quality, safety and reliability, enabling them to have product confidence and freedom of choice. With the benefit of our years of experience and through extensive consultation with our customers, we constantly strive to develop innovative new products.”

Geberit will be visiting over 600 companies to deliver the ‘No Compromise’ message. Marketing initiatives to support the campaign include direct mailings and posters in major merchants.
