(17/03/2007)
Building Adhesives has teamed up with one of its biggest customers in the South West to give one lucky customer £2,000 worth of holiday vouchers. The winner was announced recently at Tileflair’s new HQ in Bristol, with Len Goodridge of flooring firm Edward & Alan Limited scooping the top prize.
In total, Tileflair received over 280 active applications from their seven outlets throughout the South West; and aside from the lucky winner, runner-up prizes included ten state-of-the-art digital radios.
Upon presenting the prize, Tileflair chairman Peter Broadhurst commented: “We have a longstanding relationship with BAL, working together on numerous in-store promotions and combined activities. This holiday-voucher campaign is the latest in a long line of successful projects, and the campaign has been very well received by all of our regular customers.”
Len Goodridge, the winner of the holiday vouchers, commented: “It’s great to have won the holiday vouchers; £2000 should go a long way. I will be sharing the vouchers with my colleagues at Edward & Alan, but I’ll definitely treat myself to a luxury weekend away too. I’ve always used BAL grouts and adhesives throughout my career, largely due to the quality and performance of the products. The ten-year guarantee also offers great peace-of-mind.” He added
During the period of the promotion, the sales of BAL products increased dramatically, ensuring the campaign was a commercial success for Tileflair. Indeed, since the promotion ended, sales of BAL products at Tileflair outlets continue to grow.
Paul Harris, head of sales at Building Adhesives commented: “We are very proud to be working with Tileflair, and this latest promotion has been a great opportunity for us to promote the unique benefits of BAL products to their clientele. We are always keen to find new ways to support our stockist’s in-store, and I hope Len and his team have a great time spending the vouchers!”
