Geminox supplies heating and hot water systems to Chelsea Wharf

The new Development Chelsea Wharf at Lots Road, Chelsea will be using the latest innovations in heating technology with Geminox Boilers UK.

The heating and hot water systems, designed by consultants Norman Disney & Young, will use the latest Geminox THi 5-25 DC boiler, which will provide direct connections to the UFH, hot water and towel rail circuits. The boilers will also have remote dial up facility and utilise Geminox’s vertical ‘Cascade flue system’.

The ‘Cascade flue system’ will require only two flue risers for the 12 boilers with 7 boilers on one riser and the other 5 boilers on a second riser. The boilers will remain room-sealed and use the cascade system for the combustion air and flue products. Using this system will enhance the aesthetics of the building.

The DC boiler and Cascade flue will save valuable space and reduce the installation costs due to the labour saving benefits of these two unique products.
