Pennsylvania Plumbing Company Rewarded with Angie’s List “Super Service Award” Four Years in a Row (11/02/2013)
American Drain Cleaning and Plumbing has won the coveted Angie’s List “Super Service Award” for the fourth year in a row. This award goes to companies which have given outstanding service according to Angie’s List members for the previous year.
Angie’s List “Super Service Award” criteria includes receiving a minimum number of reviews from its members and maintaining an "A" average on their reviews for each year (including their overall reviews.) Also, they must be in good standing with the local Better Business Bureau. In 2012, less than 5% of the companies on Angie's List received the award.
“I am honored that Angie’s List has given me this award four years in a row,” stated Dan Rolli, owner and licensed plumber for American Drain Cleaning and Plumbing based in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. “I could not have done this without the detailed and sincere reviews from my clients. My business exists to serve their plumbing needs. I cannot tell you how many late nights I have spent reading their reviews of our work. It’s educational and it helps me maintain my high standards of customer service.”
American Drain Cleaning and Plumbing also does it without offering any “specials” that could be considered “bait and switch”.
“Do you really believe that a licensed plumber will spend several hours working on your drain line for only $129 and not find something else to ‘repair’?”, continues Dan Rolli, Owner and Licensed Plumber for American Drain Cleaning and Plumbing. “I can guarantee that they will find much more that supposedly ’needs to be done’ to your drain line and plumbing that will bust whatever budget you had planned for it. Please don’t let this happen to you.”
The licensed plumbers and technicians at American Drain Cleaning and Plumbing don’t offer any “specials”. American offers much more: an honest analysis of the drain line. Before the subject of a new drain line ever comes up, all the available options are explored. The line may only need to be cleared of roots and other debris making radical replacement or repair unnecessary.
“Look, economic times are still tough,” continues Dan Rolli, Owner and Licensed Plumber for American Drain Cleaning and Plumbing. “I’m not going to sell you something you don’t need just to increase my volume. Most of my customers’ reviews on Angie’s List will tell you firsthand that we do our best to deliver only the repairs that are needed in a timely, efficient and affordable manner. That is my solemn promise.”
