Ryan Herco Flow Solutions has acquired the assets of Peninsula Valve and Fitting Company headquartered in Mountain View, CA.

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions reinforces their position as a national leader in the distribution of corrosion-resistant, ultrapure, high value filtration and fluid handling products. This enables Ryan Herco Flow Solutions to better serve niche markets including Semiconductor OEMs and strengthens its position across additional key markets such as Water, Waste, Semi-Conductor and General Industrial segments.

Customers will benefit from the expanded offering of high quality brand products, leading edge technologies and tailored services through Ryan Herco Flow Solutions best in class business systems, Advanced Customer Service (ACS) and logistics solutions.

Dave Patterson, President and CEO of Ryan Herco Flow Solutions was quoted as saying “PenValve is a strong brand with quality people which fortifies Ryan Herco Flow Solutions as the supplier of choice by our customers for integrated process solutions”. The transaction which closed March 4, 2010 will accelerate Ryan Herco Flow Solutions growth objectives for 2010. Financial details of the transaction were not available.
