New Drain Doctor Plumbing franchisee for Guildford and Basingstoke

Craig Benton, the owner of a successful Guildford cleaning business, and his daughter Coral have taken on a franchise business of Drain Doctor Plumbing, offering emergency plumbing and drain repairs to commercial and domestic customers throughout Guildford, Basingstoke and the surrounding towns and villages.

Craig, who has run his own domestic cleaning company for the past 16 years, recently took the decision to expand his business to include drain and guttering cleaning. Craig said: “Having decided to offer a drain and gutter cleaning service I wanted to take the business one step further and offer a full drain repair service. I realised that this would take a lot of training and expertise. The best place to get this is with Drain Doctor by taking on its Guildford franchise. Despite the recession I felt that the time was right to further expand my business with a tried and tested formula.”

“As the business grows and I add more vans I intend to provide some good incentives to my staff for delivering excellent service including offering things like free holidays,” said Craig.
