Pipe Center expands and relocates Slough branch

Pipe Center, Wolseley’s specialist supplier of commercial and industrial heating plant and pipe systems, has relocated its Slough branch to a new, 30,000 sq ft purpose built site in the locality because it had far outgrown its former location.

The new facility at Yeovil Road, Slough Trading Estate, also features a Climate Center trade counter with dedicated sales assistance, offering customers convenient access to both businesses under one roof.

Tony Morris, Managing Director of Wolseley’s Commercial & Industrial division (comprising Pipe Center, Climate Center and Electric Center), said: “The facility is well placed to serve major projects in the capital and across the region and is designed to deliver the benefits of size, scale and stock to customers.”

Slough manager Eamonn Phelan, who has been with the company for 30 years, added: “The new site is fantastic and far better suited to our needs, being more than three times the size of our former location. We look forward to using it as a showcase, to bring in new customers and win new business.

“I believe the success of the branch is down to our dedicated team, we have a lot of experience here and everyone is focused on getting the job done and delivering excellent customer service.”
