New National Sales Manager for [tc] bathrooms

Neil Gregory has been appointed as National Sales Manager for [tc] bathrooms. With over 20 years’ sales experience in the Kitchen Bedroom and Bathroom sector, Neil previously worked for seven years in fitted kitchen sales for Harrods and more recently as Regional Sales Manager at the largest kitchen, appliance and bathroom distributor in Europe - PJH Group.
Part of his role will involve establishing operational systems that allow the [tc] bathroom salesforce to be even more responsive to customer needs. Neil will also be using his extensive experience in the KBB industry to further develop the skills of the sales force. This includes working closely with [tc] bathrooms’ expanding team of Area Sales Managers across the country to ensure the company is providing the best, most dedicated service to customers.
Sales Director Steve Parkinson explains: “We have seen the phenomenal growth of our business in the past five years, yet we recognise the importance of looking after our existing customer base. Neil has a strong track record in sales and a professional, inspiring management style. His skills in managing key accounts and motivating a sales team will provide invaluable as we continue to move our business forward.”
The company has seen a number of independent bathroom retailers becoming ‘totally committed’ which means stocking [tc] products exclusively in their showrooms.
Steve Parkinson added: “Our business is growing rapidly as retailers and merchants recognize the quality of our products and the exceptional service we provide. We have a great story to tell at the moment with a number of new designs for suites, shower trays, enclosures, taps and steam cabinets. We have seen huge growth in recent years as customers are recognizing the high quality of our products and how they help them maximise their sales and increase their margins.”
