Roman has launched a new walk-in enclosure into their Sculptures range of enclosures. The Sculptures Angled Walk-in presents a new and unique shape for the bath replacement market.

The Angled Walk-in offers a gigantic showering space, but with wall dimensions of 1700 x 700mm it still directly replaces the bath. The enclosure is then angled out to create a massive showering area of around 1150 x 1000mm.

Like all products in the Sculptures collection, the Angled Walk-in features 10mm thick glass and is completely frameless. It also includes optional bolt-through water delivery. The thermostatic valve is bolted through the glass panel and can be operated from inside or outside of the enclosure. It comes complete with a 10 inch drencher head, multi-mode hand-shower and optional body-jets.

The enclosure can be positioned straight-to-floor, in a wetroom situation, or to a dedicated low-level tray. The low-level tray to suit comes complete with an integrated duckboard style drying area, which is removable for easy cleaning. The tray is then finished with a designer chrome on brass grid waste.

The flexible walk-in can be installed in an alcove, on a straight wall and in a corner situation.

David Osborne, Managing Director at Roman, commented: “This stunning enclosure is ideal for that larger luxury bathroom – it creates a real centre piece. We initially looked at developing an enclosure this size due to demand from our Canadian Export customers, but it has received excellent feedback from many of our UK customers. We showcased it for the first time at KBB in March, and it was a real talking point, with customers signing up for displays there and then. It is an extremely flexible product. It offers many options: with or without bolt through water delivery, tray or wetroom installation and it is also compatible for installation on a straight wall, in a corner or for an alcove situation – you can basically create the enclosure to suit your own taste.”

Roman is also set to launch a completely freestanding four sided version later in the year.
