(11/11/2008)
The Bathroom Manufacturers Association (BMA) has announced the appointment of its new Technical Executive, Mr. Christian Taylor-Hamlin.
Christian has a wealth of experience in the technical aspects of the bathroom industry and over the last decade has built up a considerable knowledge of the various British and European standards to which it must comply. He has held senior positions at Kohler Mira and Reliance Water Controls, is a member of several European Standards committees, and is expert in the increasingly important issues surrounding water efficiency.
Christian will work with Mike Rymill, Technical Director and together they will further develop the technical and environmental function of the BMA offering greater benefits to the membership base.
“We are delighted to welcome Christian to the permanent staff of the Association” says Yvonne Orgill, chief executive of the BMA. “Christian joins us at our head office in Stoke-on-Trent in late autumn and will enhance the technical activity at the BMA. He will play a key part in our recognised function as Voice of the Industry.”
