BCG launches the second revised edition of its retail and merchant price books

BCG has launched the second revised edition of its retail and merchant price books since the rebrand to BCG XL from Broughton Crangrove Galley Matrix. The price books contain all the information and pricing needed by merchants and retailers to ensure they have stocks replenished for their customers next day in most cases.

Julie Butcher, marketing manager for BCG, said: "We're continually improving the price books in response to customer demand and feedback. We offer one of the most comprehensive set of price books in the industry, with the widest possible range of product that will satisfy the vast majority of merchants' and retailers' requirements.

"We have recently mailed the price books direct to all our merchants and retailers. If they have not been received by now, people should call the customer contact centre on 0870 60 60 601 and we'll be happy to send another."

Julie Butcher added: "Our commitment to hitting next day delivery for the vast majority of customers is total. This is what merchants and retailers tell us they want through our regular customer satisfaction surveys; combined with the best choice and quality of products, this is one of the ways in which we aim to constantly stand out from the competition."

In addition to the new price books, the latest edition of BCG XL's Plug newsletter range - the Kitchen Pug, Bathroom Plug, and Merchant Plug - featuring offers, promotions, news and developments, have also been mailed to retailers and merchants.
