ADM Systems installs heat recovery system in prestigious Huddersfield development

Residents of a prestigious development in Huddersfield are set to benefit from a heat recovery system installed by ADM Systems.
Shehzad Hussain, owner of Vaega Family Homes, explains: “ADM Systems were recommended by our architect who had worked with the company previously and been impressed with both the product and their technical know-how. This is a very high specification build and we chose a heat recovery system that reflected this, so ADM were the perfect choice.”
Heat recovery systems, such as those fitted by ADM Systems, are ideal for prestigious developments because they provide an energy efficient means of managing the air within the dwelling. During winter they recover up to 95 percent of the heat from the extracted air, feeding it back into the room as clean filtered air that contributes to heating the home.
During the summer months the process can be reversed to create an element of cooling for the occupants. This is a great benefit for residents who may suffer from hay fever or allergies as it means they can keep the windows closed during high pollen days and the room still remains fresh.
The heat recovery system on this site was installed by ADM Systems’ engineers, as part of its nationwide supply and fit service for customers.
Shehzad continues: “We were particularly impressed with the speed and professionalism of the ADM Systems team. Their response time was really quick and they even provided drawings for all eight plots in one go which, considering that the units were on call-off, was brilliant customer service.”
“The heat recovery system has helped to differentiate these developments from others in the area and provide a healthier living environment, which has added to their appeal with buyers. We have had a huge amount of interest and expect them to sell quickly.”
