Pegler Yorkshire appoints domestic and commercial fittings product manager
(31/03/2008)
Pegler Yorkshire has made a new appointment to the product management department. He is 35-year-old Marc Lenaghan, who joins the department having spent several years working out of the Leeds Technical office of Yorkshire Fittings.
As Product Marketing Manager (Fittings) Marc takes over responsibility for domestic and commercial fittings and as a fully qualified engineer, he has a great deal of experience to bring to the role and is currently studying for his DMS at Leeds Metropolitan University.
Commenting on his appointment, Marc said, “I am really enjoying my new role in product management. There is a lot of opportunity for Pegler Yorkshire in the commercial and domestic fittings market and I am looking forward to developing this as I settle into the role.”
Marc’s appointment makes the Pegler Yorkshire key product management team complete. Mike Dickinson is responsible for taps, mixers and showers, Sindar Singh is responsible for the new Terrier Push-Fit and Belmont while Barrie Plant continues to work in valves and fittings, with particular responsibility for the range of Thermostatic Mixing Valves and remains actively involved with the Thermostatic Mixing Valve Association (TMVA).
Head of the product department Geoff Matthews said, “It is a pleasure to welcome Marc to the team. His technical background will be a real asset both to the department and our customers and along with his responsibilities in domestic and commercial fittings, Marc will also be handling the expansion of the commercial valves portfolio.”
