Washing 40 items with less than two litres of water

Graduating Product Design student Toby Fox has designed the perfect washing up system - dramatically reducing water waste without compromising cleaning efficiency. Toby, who graduates from De Montfort University with a BA (Hons) Product Design, has developed a unit which can wash 40 items using less than two litres of water. Polypipe Terrain increases capacity at above ground drainage products plant

A recent program of investment has resulted in a significant increase in the capacity of the Polypipe Terrain plant in Aylesford, Kent. This plant is the key production centre for the Terrain range of above ground drainage products, which complements the company’s plastic piping systems portfolio. Approximately £1 million has been invested in the plant over recent months, with the installation of a new HDPE extrusion line and three additional injection moulding machines.
