XPress Carbon press-fit fittings available for 67mm fittings

The XPress Carbon range of press-fit fittings from Pegler Yorkshire has recently been extended with the launch of 67mm fittings. This makes XPress Carbon the only UK carbon steel press-fit System available in this size. The addition of the 67mm size has resulted in the expansion of the range by 19 items, including couplings, elbows and reduced tees. XPress Carbon Systems comprise carbon steel press-fit fittings and galvanised and plastic coated galvanised carbon steel System tubes in sizes up to 108mm, with the range now totalling some 212 items. Instant identification of incomplete joints

The “Leak Before Press” (LBP) feature of XPress Copper press-fit fittings from Yorkshire Fittings enables instant identification of incomplete joints. The LBP feature means fittings which have been assembled but mistakenly remained un-pressed will leak during testing and can therefore be easily identified. This can save a considerable amount of time in the commissioning process, and also prevents any potential returns to site by contractors after building hand-over to attend to fittings that are subsequently discovered to be un-pressed. Yorkshire water systems installed at new Arena housing development

The Arena development by Laing Homes comprises one to four bedroom properties in self-contained buildings of up to four storeys. Each building has its water delivered through a riser, which feeds directly from the cold water pump mains to a central point within the building. The risers then deliver water to each individual apartment via a network of pipes. This new development of apartments and houses in Warwick will benefit from water systems featuring products from Yorkshire, the company which has recently announced a commercial integration with taps and valves specialist Pegler. Pegler and Yorkshire exhibit domestic product ranges at PHEX

Pegler and Yorkshire will be exhibiting their ranges of new and established products together at the forthcoming PHEX exhibition, taking place at Aston Villa Football Club. Following their recent commercial integration, the two companies' product portfolio encompasses fittings, taps, valves and heating controls. Pegler will be launching its new Belmont range of products at PHEX. This new range includes manual and thermostatic radiator valves, fixed and remote sensors, pre-setting valves and a comprehensive range of accessories.
