RITE-LOK Pipe Sealant PS77 meets the requirements of the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme

RITE-LOK Pipe Sealant PS77 from 3M has received independent accreditation that it meets the requirements of the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS). The product has been tested by Intertek against the criteria of BS6920:2000 Part 1 (Suitability of non-metallic products for use in contact with water intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water) and found to be suitable for use with hot water of up to 85°C. WRAS assesses water fittings products to ensure they do not waste, misuse, unduly consume or contaminate the water supply, in order to comply with Regulation 4 of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
