Clwyd Alyn Housing Association elderly residents have instant hot water with Potterton boilers

Elderly residents at warden controlled apartments in North Wales are enjoying the warmth thanks to their new Potterton Promax Combi HE boilers. Old standard efficiency heat only boilers have been replaced with Potterton Promax Combi HE boilers at Pentre Mawr in Abergele, a Grade 2 listed former convent, converted into 34 apartments. It is part of a sheltered housing scheme run by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association, part of the Pennaf Housing Group. Alison Pring has been the warden there for nearly 11 years. She says: “During that time I have witnessed deterioration in the old heating system that left the residents and I frustrated with maintenance issues.
