Mitsubishi Electric praised for advancing the acceptability of air source heat pumps

The Ecodan® range of residential heating products from Mitsubishi Electric has received further recognition at the Micropower Awards Dinner with the manufacturer praised for advancing the acceptability of air source heat pumps. “Heating still accounts for over 70% of the energy used in the average home and we know heat pumps can make a real difference in cutting this, but only if we can get people to understand the benefits that they offer over more traditional forms of heating,” explained John Kellett, managing director of Mitsubishi Electric’s Heating Department.
