Oventrop valves selected for new medical centre

Oventrop valves have been selected by Bianco Sale Ltd Building Services Consultants, to facilitate a fast track refurbishment project in Tunbridge Wells, Kent to convert an existing insurance company’s offices into a medical health centre for Assura. When completed it is proposed that the medical centre will accommodate several general practices, a diabetic suite, a renal unit and a pharmacy. The main contractor was BBS Construction. Mechanical contractor Steadman Environmental stripped out an existing heating system in the 4-storey building and installed a new one designed to meet the demands of the varied occupancies.
